Human Resources Section

  • Drafting of various letters/documents on behalf of HR
  • Leave record management
  • Data entry of leave in the roaster
  • Bill verification for Outsourcing agencies/vendor in purview of HR section
  • Recruitment/Vacancy process management and arrangements (walk-in, contractual, permanent)
  • Data preparation for various records pertaining to HR/employees i.e. UGC, MHRD, BCI etc.
  • Stationary distribution/maintenance 
  • External Engagement Form record keeping and intimation to respective staff
  • Any task assigned by the Registrar, Deputy Registrar (I/c), Assistant Registrar (I/c)
  • Assisting AR (I/c) for re-structuring of Service book
  • Day to day resolution and retinue activities of HR for employee/agency/vendor query solutions  

Examination and Evaluation Management Section

  • Overall supervision of the examination section
  • Maintain students' examination related records
  • Manage examination filing and reference systems
  • Managing day to day student related communication
  • Attendance and Result declaration
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Examination Committee and other administrative task as and when delegated
  • Necessary assistance to the faculty members in examination related matters

Internship & Placement Section

  • Arrangements of internships

  • Establishing and coordinating for the incubation centre

Office of Global Outreach, Press, Publication and GLEP

  • Global Outreach/International relations programme which includes correspondence with international institution and Embassy for Study tour and Student Exchange programme and further collaboration
