• Pursuing his PhD degree (In International Marine Environment law) and having his master’s degree in law from prestigious national law university of India (Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow) possessing a unique blend of combined experience since 2011 in teaching at undergraduate and master’s level, research, training, extension and core university administration at Gujarat National Law University (premier National Law University of country) and Rashtriya Raksha University (an Institution of National Importance under the aegis of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India). Mr Goswami has the experience and keen interest in conceptualising, planning, executing high quality training, research, capacity building and extension programs in various areas of Law of the Sea and have conducted various programmes for in service officers and academic community. Recipient of best teaching staff award in 2016 from Gujarat National Law University, Mr Goswami possess an experience of planning and starting School of Law Policy and Governance at Gujarat Maritime University, Gandhinagar and School of Integrated Coastal & Maritime Security Studies at Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Mr Goswami also possess a long experience of core university administration in various capacities including Registrar (I/C)- RRU, Director (Office of the Vice Chancellor-RRU), Director- RRU School of Integrated Coastal and Maritime Security Studies, Deputy Registrar (I/C)-GNLU, Assistant Registrar-GNLU, Officer on Special Duty to Director GNLU.
