CONTRIBUTION TO UN/INTERNATIONAL POLICY

  • Contribution towards the “Corporations and International Solidarity” for your upcoming report to the 80th session of the UN General Assembly. The contribution focused on CSR, SEBI’s BRSR framework, labour and gender rights, and corporate human rights due diligence, highlighting gaps in grievance redressal and recommending a consolidated accountability forum.
  • Contribution Towards Thematic Report Of The Special Rapporteur On Violence Against Women And Girls To The UN General Assembly on Surrogacy And Violence Against Women And Girls (Report to be presented in 80th UN General Assembly)
  • Invited to a high-level expert consultation organised by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Violence Against Women and Girls (SR VAWG). The consultation, was held on 17 June 2025, which was convened in preparation for the upcoming thematic report on surrogacy and its implications on women's and children’s rights, to be presented at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.
  • Contribution Towards to Report of The Special Rapporteur to the UNGA On The Right To Education On Safety as an Element of Right To Education And A Precondition for Its Full-Realisation.   • Research Assistantship to Dr Robert Walters for his book on Digital Finance Law: Common and Civil Law (2025). The book undertakes a comparative study of civil and common law jurisdictions such as Australia, India, Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom, European Union, and the United States. It explores how each jurisdiction is at various stages of developing its digital economy and providing banking and financial regulations for crypto-digital assets such as tokens.
