Visiting Faculty/Guest Lectures/Keynote Address

  • As a key resource person, he conducted a three-day workshop on "Law and Economics" organized by the Alliance Centre for Corporate and Commercial Law (ACCL) at Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, from November 11 to 13, 2024. The workshop covered topics that highlight the integration of economics with legal principles and practical applications in the domain of debt recovery legislation, including the theories of Law and Economics. He discussed the role of economic analysis in legal frameworks, particularly in relation to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) of 2016, and provided hands-on training in using statistical software tools for economic analysis in law for Ph.D., LLM, and UG students, as well as other participants.
  • As a resource person, he delivered a session on “Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC): Empirical Evaluation & Practical Strategic Insights” in the Faculty Development Programme (FDP) organized by the School of Law, CHRIST University, Bangalore, on November 14, 2024, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
