Job Profile
Provide professional, efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Registrar for the day-to-day work;
Screening of Telephones and to answer the queries related to Registrar Office.
Travel arrangements for Registrar for official trips for outstations and abroad at times.
Briefing and follow up and actions on the direction on regular basis
Manage internal and external correspondence for the Registrar office
Communication/coordination with internal departments and external organization/agencies i.e. Govt. Offices, PSUs, High Court and other educational institutes and Stakeholders.
Monitor and reports all activity and update according to the instruction of the Registrar.
Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff.
Sorting and distributing incoming posts to the relevant departments and further follow up as and when required.
Contribution for organizing any internal or external events like faculty meetings, seminars, convocation, or any other programme.
Necessary assistance and arrangements during meetings of various Governing Bodies like preparing files for Agenda Papers and other related tasks, travel and lodging and boarding arrangements etc.
Managing day to day student related communication.
