Cube Construction Engineering Limited (CCEL), established a Fellowship on Real Estate Laws, Policies and Practices for development and growth of Real Estate Laws, Policies and Practices education, research and training in the country at the Gujarat National Law University (GNLU). Since the establishment in 2013, the fellowship has remained a pioneer in organizing a number of research, training and extension activities, which include short term courses, workshops and seminars. The Research Associates under the Fellowship have also undertaken various research studies and submitted the same to the various stakeholders of the real estate sector.
Creation and Maintenance of superior quality Intellectual Capital through education, research, extension, and training for the Students, Professionals, Research Scholars, Academicians and other Stakeholders. To achieve and accomplish standards and excellence to promote Research and Training on contemporary issues and policies in the area of Real Estate Laws. To carry out Empirical research and Survey projects for policy formulation, that would contribute to strengthen the Real Estate Legal Regime.

An Empirical Research study shall be undertaken by the Research Associate of this fellowship on the accessible infrastructure for the disabled persons. The main focus of the study shall be inclusion of the availability of user friendly and comfort norms in the higher education institutions' infrastructure.
