An Examination of Green Benches and National Green Tribunals in India: With the official establishment in 2010 of the National Green Tribunal (NGT) (Government of India 2010), the study aims to look back into the impact made by these reforms that we tried to introduce for promoting clean environment. The project will enable Canadian students to undertake collaborative research with Indian colleagues and understand the Indian legal and Policy-making systems. Overview of PIL procedures in Gujarat, has been completed by the student researchers.
