The division also provides research based training services to various Department of the Central Government and Government of various States, Public Undertaking and Government Companies such as ONGC, Power-grid Corporation of India, Reserve Bank of India and many others to highlight the Governments initiative in the implementation of various policies, projects, growth and development of new & emerging technology areas. GNLU is also proactive in its initiatives to promote innovative, constructive and result oriented progressive training programme for the promotion of legal education and acts as a medium to make Government-Citizen Interface more effective, transparent and efficient.

GNLU Training Division is making its constant effort to reach to the Vision and Mission of the University to transfer or modify knowledge, skills and attitudes, levels of competence and respond to the demands of changing circumstances. Training by itself cannot solve structural, organizational, or policy problems, although supportive supervision and the use of motivational strategies can help sustain performance improvement derived from training.
