1st Edition of GCCIL - IBBI National MOCK - CIRP Competition, 2024

GNLU Centre for Corporate and Insolvency Law, in collaboration with IBBI, organizes the 1st Edition of 'GCCIL - IBBI National Mock - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) Competition, 2024' with an aim to inculcate procedural understanding of CIRP under IBC-2016 and make students aware with resolution process under IBC. Students will brainstorm and chalk out resolution plans for a distressed debtor considering the financial, economic and legal aspects & present it in front of a Committee of Creditors (CoC) & NCLT (Artificial), which will, by vote, decide the fate of the debtor.
