This site has been developed to provide a platform that makes available the information and resources required for research and development activities in the University. In furtherance to GNLU's initiative towards excelling as a Research-based Teaching University, the Research and Publication Division has been undertaking research activities with the aim of establishing and promoting a solid foundation in the area of legal research and other inter-disciplinary fields.
GNLU Research division plays a significant role in guiding and inspiring the faculty, research staff and students associated with it by way of promoting interdisciplinary research catering to the need and benefit of an increasingly diverse world. One way to support this mission is to build a strong and flourishing research culture facilitated by state-of-the-art infrastructure and efficient support services which, in turn, enhance research capacity of faculty and students. Our support also includes facilities of creating faculty research development initiatives, identifying relevant funding opportunities for faculty and students, providing first-rate proposal development and submission services, administering internal and external funded projects, developing research-promoting policies and procedures, establishing endowments/ research chairs, and creatively disseminating our scholarship to a broad range of stakeholders.
The faculty members and students of GNLU have a passionate commitment towards maintaining high standards of excellence in research and academics, which gets reflected in the large number of publications in international journals and conferences. The faculty members have also actively pursued research in their respective fields of interest by undertaking Research projects funded by Ministry of Justice, ICSSR, NCPCR, NCW, Government of Gujarat etc.
I, as Head of Research and Development Cell, invite interested researchers and faculty members from across the world to associate and collaborate with GNLU faculty and research staffs, and become a partner in the exciting journey made together.
I also invite all the students joining GNLU at Under Graduate, Post Graduate & Doctorate levels to make use of the facilities and library resources being offered by the University for nurturing their talent and encourage them to contribute their ideas for the growth of Research and Publication culture.
