Under the SRA Internship Programme, the Centre welcomes students as research interns during the summer and winter vacations. It is a paid internship for a period of one to two months where the SRAs work under the supervision of the Centre Head. They work on research proposals and research projects for the Centre, as well as assist in conducting workshops or capacity-building training programs in the domain of women and child rights. They are also encouraged to pursue independent research in the topic of their interest. The SRA Internship Programme aims to train young aspiring legal scholars to undertake fresh research and subsequently engage in meaningful discourses that are beneficial to women and child welfare in the country. The internship is exclusively reserved for students of Gujarat National Law University. A Call for Expression of Interest is released at regular intervals by the Centre to apply for the internship.
