GNLU - Khaitan & Co Advanced Certificate Programme on Capital Markets & Securities Law, 2024-25.
The third edition of the Advanced Certificate Programme on Capital Markets & Securities Laws [“Course”] is being jointly offered by GNLU in partnership with Khaitan & Co. The course has been curated by Mr. Aditya Cheriyan and Mr. Oishik Bagchi, Partners, Khaitan & Co. This edition of the Course will be held from December 2024 to January 2025, comprising two phases: online and offline, with a total teaching duration of over 50 hours (20+ hours of offline training at the GNLU campus in Gandhinagar). The Course aims to develop a strong foundational understanding of capital markets and securities laws. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the practical aspects of capital markets practice in a law firm and the best performers will be provided internship opportunities at Khaitan & Co.
