1st Edition of the GNLU-Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys Skill Development Programme on GST: Law, Litigation & Practice | 19th–21st September 2026
The GNLU Forum for Tax Laws (GFTL), under the aegis of the GNLU Centre for Banking and Financial Laws (GCBFL), is pleased to invite students, legal professionals, tax practitioners, academicians, and other interested stakeholders to participate in the 1st Edition of GNLU-LKS Skill Development Programme on GST: Law, Litigation and Practice, scheduled to be held from 19th to 21st September 2026 at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.
The programme will feature sessions led by partners from Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys (LKS), one of India's foremost law firms in the field of taxation. With a practice spanning advisory, compliance and litigation across the full spectrum of GST issues from classification and valuation disputes to input tax credit, refunds and departmental proceedings, the LKS team brings first-hand experience of the practical and procedural realities of the GST regime.
Through expert-led sessions and panel discussions, the programme aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and the practical application of GST law. The programme will cover key aspects of GST litigation and practice, including contemporary legal issues, procedural aspects, dispute resolution, and practical challenges arising under the GST regime. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with experienced experts and practitioners and gain valuable insights into the evolving landscape of GST Law, Litigation and Practice.
The registration fees for the programme are as follows:-
Participants Category Registration Fee (excluding accommodation)
GNLU Participants: ₹3,000/-
Participants from Other Law Schools/ Universities: ₹3,500/-
Professionals: ₹6,000/-
GNLU will only assist in arranging the accommodation facilities for the participants. Accommodation facilities will be available for participants at an additional charge. Participants interested in availing accommodation may indicate their requirement during the registration process. Detailed accommodation charges and availability will be communicated after the closure of the registration form. Moreover, participants may prefer their place of stay or can go through the brochure.
