The GNLU Centre for Trade and Competition Law is delighted to host a "Regional Workshop on Competition Law" in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India (CCI).

The two-and-a-half-hour workshop will feature addresses by the Chairperson of the Competition Commission of India, a Member of the Commission, and the Director (Economics), CCI. This session presents a valuable opportunity to understand the framework and practice of competition law directly from the regulator, offering practical insights into the enforcement and policy dimensions of competition law in India.
