The Gujarat National Law University in Gandhinagar launched a new center named Center for Trade and Competition Law (CTCL) on 30 January 2020 at the university premises entirely dedicated to the subject of International Trade Law, Completion Laws and other allied areas. It is proposed that the Center for Trade and Competition Law (CTCL) will be striving to undertake research studies in many areas of International Trade Law, Completion Laws and other allied areas. With the guidance and encouragement from Director, GNLU, Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar, who is also the Centre Director of CTCL with his rich experience in international organization for several years, the Centre shall from time to time launch research activities in the domain of International Trade Law, Completion Laws and other allied areas.
To become a leading nodal centre for excellence in areas of research, teaching and training on the subject of International Trade Law, Completion Laws and other allied areas.
With the guidance and encouragement from Director of the university, Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar, the Centre shall from time to time launch research activities in the domain of International Trade Law, Completion Laws and other allied areas.
