Job Profile :

  • To organise daily of meetings for Director and to arrange meeting as per the schedule and necessary follow up for the same.
  • Planning and preparation of meetings, conferences/seminar/workshops etc. .
  • To take a minutes as and when require
  • prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Travel arrangements for Director for official trips.
  • To assist Director for success of GNLU vision.
  • To assist Director and Registrar in routine administrative matters.
  • Coordination with internal departments and external officials as well as organisations.
  • Liaising with relevant organisations, committees, visitors, government departments and officials.
  • Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
  • Assistance to all internal and external events of GNLU
  • Assistance in preparing students' recommendation letters
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming posts to the relevant departments and further follow up as and when require.
  • To maintain records for Director office i.e., GC,EC,FC,EC, Outward and Inward Correspondence etc.
  • To update latest information of the GC,EC,FC,AC (Statutory bodies) memberships on GNLU website time to time.

Other Accomplishments :

  • English Shorthand (80 W.P.M.).
  • Financial Accounting System (Tally) short certificate course by ITI Gondal.
