  • She Joined GNLU on 3rd August 2004 as Secretary to the Director
  • As part of her Secretarial work for Director, she has taken Dictations, Typed various types of letters, Maintained Files of Director?s Office, Searched from websites and other data on the internet (Addresses etc.), Attended to telephones, Fixed Appointments, made arrangements for guests and other visitors, Booked Air/Railway tickets, Maintained outward Register for Director's Office and all other works given by the Director

  • Also worked as Secretary to the Registrar (I/C).

  • Provide professional, efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Dean of Academics Affairs for the day-to-day work;
  • Coordinating with the TRAs, SRAs and BACs in a most efficient manner to provide a professional and efficient support to the office of Dean of Academics Affairs.
  • Coordination with the GNLU Internal Committees
  • Providing Secretarial assistance to the Curriculum Committee of GNLU.
  • Coordination with the Batch Academic Coordinators for preparing Student Feedback Form and making Statistical Analysis of SFF Data
  • Coordination with the Batch Academic Coordinators for Preparing Student Performance Report Card (SPRC)
  • Coordination with the Batch Academic Coordinators for Plagiarism Checking of Projects
  • Coordination with the Batch Academic Coordinators for Preparing Mentorship List
  • Preparing the Planned Calendar for the Meetings.
  • Working as a Rapporteur for various meetings, like faculty meeting, Curriculum Committee Meeting, Class Coordinators Meeting.
