Recruitment, we believe, is a process that involves engaging recruiters, building long - lasting relations and bringing together prospective recruiters and students to a platform where they can negotiate.

The principal body entrusted with the responsibility of managing and conducting the campus recruitment process in GNLU is the Committee on Recruitment Affairs (CRA). The main function of the CRA is to assist in the recruitment process.

The CRA comprises of seven student members and five faculty members, with the Convenor at the helm. To facilitate the recruitment process this year, the CRA will function under the guidance of Placement Co-ordinator, Mr. Rohit Moonka. It is regulated and governed by a Constitution of its own. Apart from managing the recruitment process, the CRA has, in the past, organized lectures by experts from different industries, so as to give the students of GNLU an insight into the professional world of which they will be a part in the future.

Having successfully completed the recruitments for the last two batches, it has been resolved that the recruitment process for the third batch of Gujarat National Law University will not only be on a rolling basis but shall be inclusive of a Recruitment Week starting from September 6 – September 12, 2010. The recruitment program for the batch of 2006 – 2011 has started from 1st July, 2010 itself. It is pertinent to note that the recruitment program has been structured into several stages which include pre-placement talks, pre-interview screening process, interviews and final placements.
